Our mission is to bring the extraordinary life of Jesus to a lost and broken world. As a church, we believe we have been entrusted with much, and with that comes great responsibility. Below, you’ll find our vision for the future, outlining our key initiatives over the next five years as we seek to fulfill God’s calling for our community and beyond.

We believe that God has given us unique gifts, talents, and resources to make a significant impact in His kingdom. Just as Jesus taught in the parable of the talents, we are called to use what we’ve been given wisely and faithfully. At Foundations Church, we are committed to using our resources to serve both our local community and the world.

Benevolence & Grants:

• $640,000 is projected to be given away in 2024 to support those in need.

• We partner with local and global organizations, providing significant grants to support their missions.

Community Engagement

• Our financial assistance program has helped hundreds of individuals in our community, offering discernment and support where it’s most needed.

• We are deeply invested in partnerships like Serve 6:8 and Casa Tobito, making a lasting impact both locally and globally.

Spiritual Growth

• In 2024, we have already seen 158 people make the decision to follow Jesus, with over 300 expected by the end of the year.

• Our children’s ministry has grown by 40%, reflecting the vibrant and growing young families in our congregation.

• 43 baptisms have taken place in our student ministry, showing the deepening faith of our youth.

OUR VISION FOR THE FUTURE



New Windsor Campus

•Goal: Construct a 30,000 to 40,000 square foot facility in Windsor by August 2027.

•Why: The Windsor campus has grown significantly and has become one of the largest churches in Windsor. We need more space to continue serving the community effectively. While we are currently in a temporary leased facility, we are now ready to make a permanent outpost in Windsor.

•How: A generous donation has already secured the land, allowing us to move forward with this vision.



Completing Loveland Campus

• Goal: Finish the final phase of construction at our Loveland campus.

• Why: We want to expand our children’s ministry space and create additional areas for discipleship and community engagement, vital for our growing congregation.

• How: We will be planning and executing these expansions over the next five years to enhance our ministry capabilities.



Expanding to Third Campus

• Goal: Launch a third campus within the next five years, potentially in Greeley.

• Why: We aim to reach more people in our region, particularly the large populations of unchurched individuals in Fort Collins and Greeley.

• How: We are in the process of praying and discerning the best location and strategy for this new campus, trusting God’s guidance as we move forward.

VISION FAQ

Which thing will be done first? Windsor, Loveland, or Greeley?

Everything is on God’s timing! We are still early in the process, so things may shift as opportunities arise. Currently, we are in a three-year lease with our Windsor Campus and looking to purchase land in the immediate future. The entire process, from purchasing land to building, will take about 3-4 years. For Loveland, we plan to explore different options within the next year and aim to complete them over the following years. Greeley is fully dependent on God’s provision and the opportunities that come our way. We believe the Greeley campus will be the last of these options, but this could change depending on God’s will.

Why so much in such a short time?

At Foundations Church, we believe that God has entrusted us with significant responsibility to reach the growing population in our region. The rapid growth of our church and the surrounding communities presents a unique opportunity to expand our impact and fulfill our mission. As highlighted in our vision, Larimer and Weld Counties are expected to see substantial population increases, with hundreds of thousands of unchurched people moving into the area over the next 10 to 50 years.

Given this context, our vision for the next five years is both ambitious and necessary. We recognize that the fields are ripe for harvest, and we want to act on the opportunities God has placed before us. While it may seem like a lot in a short period, we believe that these initiatives—building a new Windsor campus, completing the Loveland campus, and launching a new campus in Greeley—are essential steps to ensure that we can effectively reach and disciple the people God is bringing into our community.

Ultimately, we trust in God’s timing and provision, holding our plans loosely and staying sensitive to His leading. This urgency reflects our desire to be faithful stewards of the opportunities before us, knowing that the harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.

What is the cost for each?

We are currently exploring pricing and evaluating the best options to serve our community. We will have a clearer understanding after completing our due diligence, including prayer and research. The final costs will reflect the scope and scale needed to fulfill our vision while being mindful of the resources God has provided.

Will there be a capital campaign to raise money?

Foundations Church is in a healthy financial position, but we have not yet decided on launching a capital campaign. It may become necessary, and we are open to exploring all options. Our preference is always a discipleship-based approach where giving focuses more on the heart change of the giver rather than the needs of the church. This aligns with our belief that generosity should be a response to God’s grace rather than an obligation.

Where in Windsor? Where in Greeley? What are your requirements for a Campus?

We do not have exact locations currently, but here are some of our multisite requirements:

•Driving Distance: Ideally, a drive time of 15-30 minutes between campuses, considering mental or emotional barriers like mountains, lakes, rivers, highways, and railroad tracks.
•Go Where You Already Are: We look at where our current attendees live and identify dense pockets as potential areas for new campuses.
•Design Standards: Facilities should be similar to our existing campuses or ones that can be renovated to have a similar feel, as physical space influences behavior and feelings.
•Location: We seek popular areas with high drive-by traffic and community growth.
•Differentiation: We aim to offer a ministry approach and style significantly different from other local churches.
•Venue Requirements: The venue must meet basic needs, including seating capacity, children’s ministry space, and parking.

Specific guidelines include:

•Worship seating for 400-800 people.
•A 10,000 – 40,000 square foot facility with minimum 18-foot ceilings.
•Classroom space for children and student ministries, with combined capacity for 50-100 kids.
•A large welcoming/gathering/lobby area.
•A 1.5 ratio of seats to parking spaces (e.g., 600 seats require 400 parking spaces).
•Visibility and accessibility from major roads and highways.
•Proximity to public services like transportation, parks, restaurants, and coffee shops.
•Zoning that allows church use.
•Financial investment that is reasonable given the expected duration of use.
•Potential for a long-term, multi-year lease arrangement or purchase.

Are there enough staff for all of this?

We are currently building our team to be overstaffed. This strategy allows our team to live and breathe the vision and learn the heart of Foundations Church. When the time comes, we will have a prepared team ready to train and equip volunteers for our campuses.

If I live in Greeley, do I have to go to that campus?

No! We are one church in multiple locations. You can attend any location that best suits you. However, part of our multisite strategy is to be active in our local communities. You may find more fulfilling relationships and a stronger sense of mission by being involved in the campus closest to where you live.
