Mission Statement Our desire is for women to be fully connected to one another, growing closer to Jesus Christ through the study of God’s Word, prayer, fellowship and by being the hands and feet of Christ in our local community and the world. We want every woman of every age at Foundations to feel welcomed and connected to her sisters in Christ. It’s God’s intent that we live in community; supporting, encouraging and challenging each other to grow in faith and knowledge of who He created us to be. For more information on what’s happening in women’s ministry at Foundations, please visit our table in the Lobby or email us HERE. We welcome your ideas and suggestions, and would love to have you join us as we develop new ways to get us better connected!

Philippians: I Want to Know Christ

By Melissa Rhoads and Laura Grotenhuis
Have you ever encountered something so significant that it changed your whole world? That’s exactly what happened to the apostle Paul when he met Jesus on the Road to Damascus! Paul’s encounter with Jesus changed Paul; from perfectionism to joy, persecutor to preacher, self-centered to Christ-centered, and most of all, into a practitioner of true love. In Philippians: I Want to Know Christ, we get up close and personal with Jesus, through verse by verse study, journaling, prayer prompts and group discussion. Paul guides his beloved readers, including us, through knowing Jesus Christ and the beautiful ways He changes us!

Our next Dress A Girl sewing day is set for Saturday, November 4th from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm. Bring your sewing machine, scissors, and pins, and we’ll have the kits and trim cut and ready for you to sew.  If you would like to sew dresses at home between our group sewing days, call Stacy Jones at (970) 219-5290 and she’ll have kits ready for you at our women’s table in the Lobby.
