Benevolence

The Benevolence Ministry receives requests and distributes funds to persons/families in the circumstance of a financial crisis situation. We also make referrals to local agencies and community organizations such as The House of Neighborly Service (HNS), www.honservice.org. HNS is the premier organization in South Larimer County for attending to and providing resources for those struggling with financial uncertainties. Foundations Church works cooperatively with HNS and the Benevolence Ministry considers HNS as one of our primary resources for helping those in need.

If you are a regular attender or Ambassador at Foundations Church, please complete the Financial Assistance Form here:

If you are not a regular attender at Foundations Church you will need to visit HNS and meet with a caseworker there before submitting a Financial Assistance Application to the Benevolence Ministry. The House of Neighborly Service is located at 1511 E. 11th St., Loveland CO 80537, Ph: 970.667.4939, Fax: 970.667.1597, Email: info@honservice.org. Hours of operation are: Monday – Thursday: 9.00 AM – noon, 1PM – 4PM.

After you submit your application to the Benevolence Ministry you will receive an email confirming that your application has been received. Then you will be contacted in 3-5 business days by a Benevolence Team member regarding your application.
